Refund policy

Services Cancelations/Refunds:

  • There are no refunds allowed for any services provided by Evibes Digital Marketing LLC.
  • Social Media Management on-going services can be canceled by either the Customer or Evibes with a 2 week notice and as long as all given services provided by Evibes are paid in full.

Evibes Apparel Returns & Exchanges:

We do not offer return or exchanges on any of our Evibes Apparel items. Sales are final.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
